Donnafugata Grillo Sursur 2018 sku_2311153 relaxed orange sherbet and appleMed straw in the glass with grey rims. Strong nose with grapefruit, lime, mandarine and herbals. Green tea. Med body, med acid, high salty minerality. Grapefruit, green unripe grapes, lime on the dry palate. Creamy. Med strength finish is long and full of nose and palate and even some flora join here. Solid, light and green apple fruit and acid. A hint of almost vino verde spritz as well. Went well with cheese and charcuterie.
